Frequently Asked Questions 

Q: "Am I able to stop in and buy a baked good?"

A: Unfortunately no, I am not a storefront bakery. Everything I make is pre-ordered, if you are wanting to place an order send me an email at and I will be sure to let you know if I'm all booked up or not!

Q: "How do I place an order?"

A: Visit the contact us page and fill out the form to the best of your ability. I will follow up with an email within 2 Business Days. The email will be used as the direct line of communication that way everything is able to be verified by both parties. Once all the details are worked out I will email an invoice and you can pay via Cash in person, Debit/Credit Card online, Zelle or Cash App. Deposits of 50% will guarantee a spot on the calendar.



Q:" How far in advance do I need to place my order?"

A: The earlier the better! Placing your order at least a month in advance would be ideal. You can book as early as you have your date confirmed.


Q: "How much are your desserts?"

A: Each dessert is different and is priced differently. Please take a look at the full menu located on the menu tab. Many items have a basic price and a custom starting price. Basic designs include swirls and sprinkles. 

Q: "Can I pay for my order in full when I pick it up?"

A: NO! Every single order will have to have at least a 50% down payment. I accept cash, card, Pay Pal, Cash App, and Zelle. Invoices are only sent when you are ready to pay. They expire 24 hours after they are sent! If an invoice has expired there will be an additional $25 fee added before the invoice is sent out again. 

Q: "Where do I pick up my order?"

A: Pickups are located at my home in Orlando, FL. The address is located on our website, Social Medias and on Google Maps. This information is located on your invoice. Majority of orders are picked up on Saturdays from 10 am-12 pm. Weekly pickups are available after 6 pm. We will discuss pickup options before an invoice is final.

Q: "I need to cancel my order?"

A: You are more than welcome to cancel your order up to 2 weeks before the event. Remember that the deposits are non-refundable. If you paid for your order in full the remainder will be stored as a credit to be used towards a future order. I understand that emergencies happen and I am willing to discuss options on a case to case basis.


Q: "Do you deliver, if so how far?"

A: Delivery is limited and is offered on Saturday's only for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of ordering to see what options are available. Delivery range is within a 25-mile radius.
